Key Responsibilities
- Manage the SAP Practice, overseeing sales, delivery management, and people management functions.
- Own the P&L for the practice and independently drive business development to create a client base.
- Develop and align comprehensive SAP strategies with the overall business goals of clients.
- Create roadmaps for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget, and desired outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of diverse SAP professionals (consultants, analysts, developers, administrators).
- Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing relationships and escalations effectively.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in SAP sales and delivery roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within the SAP domain.
- Proven ability to sell and position SAP solutions within business contexts.
- Strong understanding of best practices and capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Demonstrated strong sales, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop compelling presentations and proposals for all management levels.
