Key Responsibilities
- Support Requirements Gathering and Proposal Management aligned with the SAP product ecosystem.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and solution architecture.

Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
- Deep functional expertise in HCM areas (Payroll, OM, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Talent Management, Recruiting Management).
- Mandatory deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central module.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct End User requirement gathering and Stakeholder Management.
