Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement talent processes aligned with Pratt & Whitney's global business strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Collaborate closely with HR Partners and business leaders to address short- and long-term talent challenges and business needs
  • Partner with other HR COEs to deliver initiatives focused on attracting and retaining talent, employee engagement, recognition, and well-being
  • Facilitate action-oriented discussions during Talent Councils and Talent Reviews
  • Champion internal talent development opportunities by elevating career development tools and resources

Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant talent management experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant talent management experience
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information (including data and analysis) to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
  • Organizational, problem-solving, adaptability and analytical skills with the ability to make timely decisions
  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
