Key Responsibilities
- Follow procedures and guidelines to meet operational requirements and quality standards
- Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company
- Report any incidents, hazardous conditions, and emergencies to the supervisor
- Perform an assessment of risk of the activities and take corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in audits and inspections as and when required
- Attend EH&S training programs and take personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence
- Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities within the company
Requirements
- Min 'O' Level or NITEC in Engineering or relevant disciplines
- 2 years relevant experience or no experience who are keen to pursue aerospace industry
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP)
- Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools, and machines
- Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office application and SAP
