Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams on supplier selection and performance management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or supplier development within industrial or engineering environments.
  • Proven track record in supplier audits, qualification, and performance management.
  • Experience managing supplier quality issues and driving resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, welding, assembly, electrical systems).
  • Experience working with power generation equipment, diesel/gas engines, or distributed energy systems is required.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
