Key Responsibilities
- Drive the deployment and integration of CORE principles across operations to achieve business goals

- Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Develop and implement time studies, capacity analyses, and production flow optimizations
- Utilize Industrial Engineering methodologies to design layouts, optimize resource allocation, and enhance productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial engineering, operations, manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
- Project management experience and driving change management and process improvement
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills
- Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset
