Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or a technical trade
  • Practical experience operating or supporting production or utility equipment
  • Comfortable working on-site in a production environment and able to follow safety guidance
  • Clear written and spoken English and basic record-keeping skills
  • Willingness to work on-site full time on the day shift and support handovers
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated manufacturing
  • Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and clear documentation standards
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with simple problem-solving tools
  • Experience with materials handling equipment such as pallet trucks
  • Basic computer literacy for recording data and using production systems
  • Interest in developing toward specialist or supervisory roles
