Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, ITE or secondary school qualification. Technical certificates or a polytechnic diploma is a plus
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or a technical trade
- Practical experience operating or supporting production or utility equipment
- Comfortable working on-site in a production environment and able to follow safety guidance
- Clear written and spoken English and basic record-keeping skills
- Willingness to work on-site full time on the day shift and support handovers
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated manufacturing
- Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and clear documentation standards
- Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with simple problem-solving tools
- Experience with materials handling equipment such as pallet trucks
- Basic computer literacy for recording data and using production systems
- Interest in developing toward specialist or supervisory roles
