Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering in pharmaceutical, biotech or related industry
Practical experience with process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Experience supporting equipment and computer system commissioning, qualification or validation
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), health and safety requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to clear, respectful collaboration
5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biomanufacturing environments
Experience with continuous manufacturing, process analytical technology or process modeling
Knowledge of cleanroom standards and operations relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience with Biopharma synthesis workflows and scale-up, including familiarity with solid phase synthesis, purification techniques (e.g. IEX chromatography, TFF/UF/DF), freeze drying
Familiarity with computerized maintenance or manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, MES)
