Key Responsibilities

Support Apple’s entities and regional expansion in the Asia Pacific region

Requirements

LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized university
Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of strong legal experience
Experience advising on international legal entity structures, corporate governance, and statutory compliance
In-house experience at a multinational technology company and/or experience at a top-tier law firm
Strong experience managing subsidiary structures and corporate maintenance
Familiarity with intercompany agreements, including capital contributions, intercompany lending, dividends and other distributions, and transfer pricing considerations
Experience supporting statutory audits and working with external auditors
Experience advising on corporate legal matters across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions
Collaborative, proactive, and curious with a strong interest in technology

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
