Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training program management, or instructional design
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and translating business needs into learning solutions
- Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance environments
- Experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and blended
- Experience measuring training effectiveness and using data to drive continuous improvement
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Experience leading global training initiatives and managing programs across regions and time zones
- Experience supporting change management and adoption of new systems or tools
- Communication and stakeholder influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Facilitation skills, including Train-the-Trainer program delivery
- Certification in learning and development, project management, or change management
