Key Responsibilities
- Lead silicon bring‑up, validation, and manufacturing readiness from early silicon through production
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and methodologies to ensure quality and manufacturability

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Product Engineering
- Strong experience in test methodology, silicon process fundamentals, and DFT/DFM concepts, with hands‑on experience in high‑speed digital testing, ATE test development, silicon validation, yield analysis, and manufacturing debug
- Working experience with Advantest 93K or Smart Scale and Teradyne UFLEX testers (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in driving tasks to closure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment
- Capable of working independently and proactively liaising with stakeholders across different departments to resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience
