Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory research to support new product development, formulation improvements, and technology innovation

Requirements
- At least diploma in molecular biology or related discipline
- 1–3+ years of experience in laboratory research, product development, or applied R&D
- Strong experimental and analytical skills, particularly in DNA/RNA-based diagnostic assays
- Proficiency with Quantitative real-time PCR and multiplex-PCR techniques
- Experience with NGS and circulating nucleic acid analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with common laboratory equipment and basic data analysis tools
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience participating in product development cycles
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards such as ISO13485
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software, formulation tools, and analytical instrumentation
- Experience generating research reports or contributing to technical documentation
