Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, Scrum of Scrums, and Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
- Support Agile Release Trains (ART) and/or Solution Trains under SAFe frameworks.
- Manage dependencies and cross-team risks in multi-vendor, multi-site environments.
- Collaborate with operational experts (ATCOs, regulators, safety assessors) to incorporate compliance needs.
- Mentor Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders on agile practices.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Actively remove impediments and escalate blockers across organizational boundaries.
- Support CI/CD practices adapted for traceability, reproducibility, and regulatory auditability.
- Track and communicate progress using flow-based metrics (predictability, throughput, lead time).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Include at least 2 years in large-scale agile programs.
- Experience in safety-critical or regulated industries (aviation, rail, defense, healthcare).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
