Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize scalable IT architectures tailored for manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and IT, to assess current systems and identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement
Lead and collaborate with other IT Architects on design and optimization of localized MES (SiView, Promise) and other production manufacturing technologies, keeping integration into the global IT landscape
Ensure system interoperability, data integrity, and real-time data flow across manufacturing platforms
Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation) for applicability within the manufacturing domain and propose innovative solutions
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, workflows, and system configurations
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to IT Architecture teams regarding new systems and processes
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards applicable to manufacturing IT systems
Support troubleshooting and problem resolution for critical manufacturing IT systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience (7+ years) in IT architecture, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, MES (SiView, Promise), ERP systems, and industrial automation technologies
Experience with cloud computing platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity in manufacturing settings
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Professional certifications in IT architecture, manufacturing systems, or related areas are a plus
Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage
