Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high equipment readiness by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to minimize downtime
- Monitor and analyze technical charts and execute ongoing maintenance and tool support activities
- Perform SPC/ESPC analysis and yield/variation reduction using tools like SPACE, JMP, and Klarity ACE

- Drive quality processes such as PCRB, MRB, 8D, ECN, and TS16949 compliance

- Lead improvement projects to reduce Out-of-Control (OOC) occurrences and improve process capability (Cpk)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) goals
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts to support continuous silicon wafer manufacturing
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and risk assessment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently or under direction
