Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the IE needs of a specific process module or project and interface with other engineering disciplines and operations
  • Establish and maintain production tool capacity models and ensure accuracy of factory level capacity modeling inputs
  • Monitor production tool performance capabilities and collaborate with tool owners and manufacturing on improvement plans
  • Ensure execution of tool CIPs to support short-term and long-term capacity expansion plans
  • Drive and report OEE and UPH gap closure to commitments on a timely manner
  • Interface with global teams on benchmarking and standardization
  • Automate and streamline business processes including factory data extraction, preparation, analysis, and reporting
  • Establish mathematical models to capture, predict, and manage tool performance of different tool types
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science & Engineering
  • Relevant experience in Semiconductor Industrial Engineering is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and adaptable to changes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and across various functions
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in MS-Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
