Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the IE needs of a specific process module or project and interface with other engineering disciplines and operations
- Establish and maintain production tool capacity models and ensure accuracy of factory level capacity modeling inputs
- Monitor production tool performance capabilities and collaborate with tool owners and manufacturing on improvement plans
- Ensure execution of tool CIPs to support short-term and long-term capacity expansion plans
- Drive and report OEE and UPH gap closure to commitments on a timely manner
- Interface with global teams on benchmarking and standardization
- Automate and streamline business processes including factory data extraction, preparation, analysis, and reporting
- Establish mathematical models to capture, predict, and manage tool performance of different tool types
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science & Engineering
- Relevant experience in Semiconductor Industrial Engineering is an advantage
- Good communication skills and adaptable to changes
- Ability to work in a team environment and across various functions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS-Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
