Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to enhance warehouse resilience.
  • Champion Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) compliance and promote a culture of safety.
  • Implement and maintain environmental controls such as temperature and humidity monitoring systems.
  • Leverage Digital Transformation (DX) tools to optimize warehouse operations, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support project management activities related to warehouse expansion, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Lead or assist in audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
