Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Manufacturing Process Maintenance System (MPMS) as administrators to facilitates control for SPC and MSA.
  • Manage & review Statistical Process Control limits in regular intervals.
  • Ensure operations are adherence to ISO standards, internal quality policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Review & maintain the QMS documents related to QC operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Diploma holder in Electronics / Electrical engineering or equivalent with (5 years) relevant experiences.
  • Good capability in designing/developing effective measurement cases based on requirements and creating traceability between requirements and sampling procedures.
  • Possess strong interest and self-motivation to implement IoT, cloud computing with the objective to contribute towards a better reporting and data capturing system.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision on a tight schedule.
  • Knowledge of Visual basic application /RPA / IoT/ PBI and computer network will be an advantage.
