- Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment with an HCP/patient focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Collaborative approach to matrix relationships across commercial and non-commercial functions.
