Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve production facilities within regulatory compliance and GMP.
- Conduct studies related to cost control, reduction, inventory management, and production record systems.
- Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods based on studies conducted.
- Review procedures and process performance data to troubleshoot and solve complex process problems.
- Support compliance inspections, audits, and the generation/trending of quality metrics.
- Maintain the Commercial Products Laboratory area and equipment according to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Support and conduct investigations related to Environment, Health & Safety and quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes or people
- Laboratory experience (testing, data reviewing, or supporting laboratory operations)
- Basic functional and technical knowledge of the relevant discipline
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to document findings clearly and concisely
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
