Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Treasures clients by providing holistic financial planning and investment advisory services.
- Acquire new-to-bank high-net-worth clients through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Deepen client relationships by cross-selling banking products including deposits, investments, insurance, and lending solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing to align with clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and AML/KYC procedures.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment products to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with product specialists and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch/team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or relationship management in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and unit trusts.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Client-centric mindset with strong sales and service orientation.
- Relevant certifications such as CMFAS (Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services) modules preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to serve Chinese-speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance.
