Key Responsibilities
- Governance of mandatory e-learnings: Monitoring of completion progress (monthly/bi-weekly/weekly) on mandatory e-learnings (enhanced SLRs OMT etc.)

- Drive and lead Sustainability Initiatives: Maintain targeted and impactful comms to drive sustainability awareness & foster Culture of sustainability aligning to DBS's Best of 'E'
- Promoting sustainable behaviours & mindset; Continual ramping up sustainability initiatives for 2026 regionally
- Support Engagement Activities: Continue to support Regional CBWMO employees through quarterly engagement events
- Support to dial up participation on events planned at Group Ops & Group CBWMO level to increase engagement
- Change Champion for DAC L12 JoySpace: DAC L12 JoySpace and Swing space collaboration with CRESA & coordination within RCBWMO for seamless move in office space pre and post renovation
- Overall communications & eDMs curation, including dip stick survey to create joyful space
- Proactive tracking on our participation and completion rate for the mandatory modules (including SLR)
- Coordinate the logistics for the committed planned CBWMO led programs such as knowledge nibbles, DILO, Be my guest and philomath online articles (partnering HR)
