Key Responsibilities
- Led and managed end-to-end R&D projects and product delivery in smart and sustainable advanced manufacturing, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation from concept to completion
- Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones
- Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget
- Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams
- Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges
- Drive design / process validation testing, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements
- Lead, monitor and report the progress of the multiple projects to all internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk
- Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline
- At least 3 years of project management experience in product development or research project in manufacturing automation, robotics, and AI in semiconductor industry would be preferable
- PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous
- Good business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines
- Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
