Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, recovery and resolve equipment breakdown on plant automation equipment e.g.
- Autonomous Mobile Robot, Automated Strapping and Unstrapping Equipment, Automated Materials Handling System, Automated Storage & Retrieval System, Automated Packing Equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer hardware and software issues independently / with IT engineer assistance
- Perform system & server recovery on automation / manufacturing systems. storage system, transportation system, remote command center
- Assist engineer on software roll-out, and periodical system / servers OS & AV patching and update
- Perform automation equipment critical checks and restoration
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment
- Support engineers on equipment continuous improvement programs
- Assist engineers on spare part management
Requirements
- Min. NITE C in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Min. 2 years of working experiences , relevant experience in automation equipment is a plus
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communications kills
- Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
- Willing to work on 12hrs permanent Day/Night shift
