  • Proven hands‑on experience with equipment load port modifications and robotics hardware including Cobot AMR, OHT, and stockers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams through technical leadership rather than formal authority
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
