Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Deep technical expertise in lights‑out manufacturing, backend processes, WIP flow, and production workflow optimization
- Strong hands‑on experience in system integration, automation architecture, and troubleshooting complex manufacturing systems
- Proven hands‑on experience with equipment load port modifications and robotics hardware including Cobot AMR, OHT, and stockers
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams through technical leadership rather than formal authority
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Track record of driving continuous improvement, system optimization, and technology innovation
