Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
  • 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
  • Positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Passionate about people with a natural instinct to help others and go above and beyond
