BigFix Engineer

Requirements

• Technical Expertise 5+ years hands-on experience with HCL BigFix. Strong scripting skills in: Python PowerShell Relevance Language (BigFix) Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, YAML, and automation frameworks. Solid understanding of: Windows & Linux Server administration VMware/Virtualization Patch management and vulnerability remediation Secure Configuration management and CIS Controls IaaS operational processes and tooling Preferred Additional Experience Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) is a strong advantage. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform) is preferred. Experience with enterprise-scale IT operations, security compliance, and ITIL processes. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Strong documentation and process optimization mindset. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications (BigFix, Microsoft Windows, Linux, cloud) are a plus.
