Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure prompt rectification of defects.

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with residents, employers, and service providers.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to perform shift duties or be on standby for emergencies.
