Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support during commercial discussions regarding variation orders, scope changes, and cost disputes with project stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
5-10+ years of experience in telecom systems, preferably within offshore, marine, or oil & gas projects.
Proven experience with telecom systems including PABX, radio, CCTV, PAGA, and data networks.
Familiarity with offshore/marine standards such as IEC, IMO, DNV, and ABS.
Demonstrated experience in engineering design, installation, and commissioning phases.
Strong ability to communicate technical issues clearly with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to lead or mentor junior engineering staff.
Comfortable working in shipyard or offshore environments.
