Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and execute internal audit projects according to methodology within budget and timelines.
- , including outsourced and guest auditors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide actionable, value-added, and cost-effective recommendations.
- Prepare detailed workpapers documenting control issues and recommendations made during audits.
- Draft clear, concise, and accurate reports for management and the Audit Committee.
- Perform follow-up reviews on previous audit/management issues to ensure timely action is taken.
- Design the audit program to assess control adequacy and effectiveness under the Group’s Integrated Assurance Framework.
- Contribute ideas to corporate training programs and conduct special audits/investigations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in audit, compliance, and/or investigation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance preferred; other relevant degrees considered.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify irregularities, control gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Proven ability in project management, planning, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain professional skepticism.
- Proven leadership qualities, dynamic mindset, and ability to work across diverse cultures.
