Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve complex issues, developing innovative solutions for high-profile local and international clients.
- Actively support business development opportunities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Coach and develop team members as part of the firm’s overall Performance Management process or on specific engagements.
- Lead and execute red teaming engagements using an intelligence-led approach, from planning to execution of exercises.
- Develop and implement Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) based on specific threat actor profiles against industry frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in Red Teaming/Pentesting.
- Passionate and able to demonstrate a strong interest in the field of cyber security, particularly technical assessments/reviews.
- Experienced and well-versed in various security testing domains (e.g., red teaming, threat intelligence, web/network/mobile/cloud vulnerability assessments).
- Ability to lead and manage cyber engagements across multiple security testing disciplines independently.
- Strong client-centric mindset with an understanding of IT within a Business context.
