Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies aligned with Agilent’s leadership in Pharma, BioPharma, Clinical & Diagnostic, and Applied Markets
  • Drive quota achievement and double-digit growth while managing budget and headcount targets
  • Strengthen distributor performance and customer engagement across Southeast Asia
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance market positioning and customer loyalty
  • Conduct talent reviews and build a high-performing, innovative sales team
  • Achieve annual revenue growth targets across SAP IDO regions
  • Improve distributor performance metrics including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and market share
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Improve customer retention and loyalty scores
  • Enhance team development metrics including employee engagement and retention rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in Pharma, Applied, diagnostics, pathology, med-tech, or clinical markets
  • Proven track record of managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in multinational environments and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel across the APAC region as required
  • Experience in modeling channel structure and managing indirect channels
  • Proven track record of successful change management initiatives
  • Proven track record of process and workflow improvements across organizations and sales channels
  • Domestic and international/cross-cultural exposure and experience from a business and personal perspective
