Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and close excursion issues triggered by PI and YDD
- Address contamination alarms and report abnormal conditions to stakeholders and management
- Lead and provide guidance on AMC alarms to CFM AEs, Technicians, and Operators
- Ensure CFM detection systems are performing normally and take proactive action to resolve issues
- Calculate and set control limits and specification limits for SPC charts
- Handle analysis and tool management including excursion follow-up, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, performance checks, and spare parts management
- Complete projects and support contamination control engineering initiatives
- Evaluate new material for outgassing concerns
- Ensure proper documentation of specifications, DOEs, and tests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Physics/Material Science/Environmental/EHS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in contamination control or cleanroom systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Must be able to work swing shift
