Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing facilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external contractors to plan, schedule, and execute capital projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Create, review, and approve cGMP documents including SOPs, engineering drawings, and change orders.
- Support global engineering teams in the execution of large-sized capital projects (>10M CHF).
- Partner with manufacturing, maintenance, and reliability teams to ensure proper operation, lifecycle management, and maintenance considerations are integrated into asset design.
- Assist in the preparation of the site capital plan and monitoring of the capital budget.
- Support quality and/or safety root cause analysis, risk assessments, impact assessments, and CAPA implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Strong aptitude to acquire and apply engineering knowledge and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional colleagues and partners.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to achieve results.
- Willingness to embrace change and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
