Key Responsibilities
- Test EM and product stream samples according to cGMP regulations and Roche standards.
- Support manufacturing operations through timely completion of testing and sample disposition.
- Perform EM, including HVAC/BSC/HLFH/VLFH sampling, fingertips monitoring, and compressed gases/water sampling in accordance with cGMP procedures.
- Document and review results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or physical documents following cGMP procedures.
- Manage the lifecycle process for retain, reserve, and reference samples, including shipment preparation.
- Review routine data, logbooks, and prepare trend graphs for product lot release analysis.
- Support investigations into microbial contamination within production processes and critical utility systems.
Requirements
- Degree holder with little or no prior relevant work experience.
- Understanding of basic microbiological principles (Bioburden, LAL, plating/counting techniques).
- Familiarity with cGMP standards and laboratory safety procedures.
- Ability to perform testing according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Test Methods (TM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Collaborative and proactive team player attitude.
