Key Responsibilities
- Develop test cases and characterize new products or features, demonstrating metrology relevance to customer yield issues.
- Provide technical support in the development and implementation of customer applications using KLA products and features.
- Conduct product demonstrations on complex products, assessing potential applications to meet specific customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
- Characterize tool/algorithm performance and provide clear feedback to Engineering teams for product improvement, especially during Alpha/Beta tests.
- Understand tool functionality and capabilities to provide root cause analysis and potential solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields.
- 2 years' experience related to semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis/processing and statistical analysis.
- Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to be a strong team player.
- Willingness to travel 50%-70%.
