Key Responsibilities
- Direct, encourage, define targets, and lead a group of skilled engineers and technicians.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor engineering managing Electrical Failure Analysis equipment or Physical Failure Analysis
- Significant background in semiconductor lab configuration, engineering equipment systems, and current industry insights
- Demonstrated success in technical and leadership mentorship
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in lab and engineering support for semiconductor high-volume manufacturing sites
