Requirements

  • We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related field Interest in or prior experience working in HR, organisational strategy, or consulting environments Strong analytical ability; proficient with data collection, organization, and reporting Highly competent in Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modelling techniques Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in and familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in team settings Curious mindset with a passion for learning and contributing Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work Working for us Join our internship programme to jumpstart your career.
