Manage and coordinate with stakeholders regarding Integrated Logistics Support activities.
Interface with Technical Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements to enhance reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years’ engineering experience in Communication, Surveillance, or Sensors projects.
Solid troubleshooting skills and proven problem-solving experience.
Knowledge of Linux systems, Wireshark tool, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
Experience in performing system maintenance and handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must possess Singapore citizenship due to the defense nature of the projects.
