Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, align, calibrate, and check radar systems to prepare for acceptance tests at harbor and performance tests at sea.
  • Evaluate system performance and generate comprehensive test reports.
  • Provide Level 2 technical assistance to end-users and maintenance teams during the O&S phase to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders regarding Integrated Logistics Support activities.
  • Interface with Technical Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements to enhance reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ engineering experience in Communication, Surveillance, or Sensors projects.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and proven problem-solving experience.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems, Wireshark tool, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience in performing system maintenance and handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must possess Singapore citizenship due to the defense nature of the projects.
