Key Responsibilities

To be complying to company's policies
Ensure all relevant Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and/or Work Instructions (WIs) and/or Quality Procedures (QPs) are always observed
Devise improvement initiatives on existing processes and procedures
Maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through: Screening and registration of new sub-contractors Subcontractor Banding System
Liaise with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors
Understand manpower loading requirements and map out sub-contractors' workload in consultation with Production Department
Ensure adequate information/requirements are provided for sub-contractors' tenders
Prepare commercial bid evaluation and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary
Ensure the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects are in place
Review and assess invoices submitted against works order, progress claim certificate and work completion report
Review and assess for full and final settlement upon completion of sub-contractor's works order

Able to work in fast paced environment
