Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding customers to new operating models and digital platforms, including the Digital Engagement Portal.
- Developing and executing effective business and territory call plans, adapting strategies based on insights to maximize impact.
- Building rapport and maintaining relationships with customers across virtual and face-to-face environments while managing call objectives against KPIs.
- Providing objective, scientifically sound medical information regarding Pfizer's product portfolio and associated diseases.
- Driving customers toward digital service offerings to ensure they gain maximum value from tailored, trusted materials and support.
- Applying business acumen to understand account needs, industry trends, and competition to inform strategy.
- Leading the Account Plan development and coordinating cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs.
- Managing annual targets while ensuring strict adherence to Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Tertiary Diploma/Degree preferred in Business, Science, or Healthcare background with solid industry knowledge.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, senior-level business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills to connect data, products, and the specific needs of HCPs and patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- High digital literacy with a willingness to continuously learn new engagement tools (e.g., Veeva Engage).
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities to guide customers beyond immediate needs.
- Commercial acumen, including managing budgets and driving sales performance.
