Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate program schedules, ensuring tactical plans are executed to support product development.
- Proactively identify and resolve program dependencies, issues, and risks to keep projects on track.
- Oversee budget planning and management to enable successful product development execution.
- Build strong relationships and facilitate effective decision-making across various teams and organizational levels.
- Ensure engineering test solutions are ready on schedule to support initial silicon bring-up activities.

- Manage the execution and delivery of engineering samples through to initial production.
- Coordinate OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) qualification, production test solution setup, capacity installation, and production control.
- Oversee Product Life Cycle Management, including phase gate reviews and milestone tracking.
Requirements
- Proven ability to execute complex projects and deliver results, with expertise in program management and proficiency in a range of program management tools.
- Track record of successfully defining, managing, and delivering key initiatives and project schedules, while driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working effectively across multiple sites and within diverse, multicultural teams.
- Broad technical knowledge of microprocessor product development, enabling informed decision-making and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with wafer fabrication processes, engineering test methodologies, and manufacturing operations.
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
