Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Industry 4.0 and lights-out automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of Robotics, Material transportation, Process automation, and factory system automation solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of semiconductor automation experience focused on lights-out manufacturing, factory systems, and digital transformation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven success leading regional or cross-site teams and collaborating with vendors/partners.
- Strong understanding of backend processes, WIP flow, and production workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and operational management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, resolve competing priorities, and drive data-based decisions.
