  • Proven success leading regional or cross-site teams and collaborating with vendors/partners.
  • Strong understanding of backend processes, WIP flow, and production workflow optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and operational management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts, resolve competing priorities, and drive data-based decisions.
