Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or sustaining engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of the product development cycle and milestone concepts.
  • Proficiency in backend final test/IBIS testing operations, including equipment capability and hardware design principles.
  • Knowledge of backend assembly and packaging processes.
  • Strong knowledge in FMEA, risk assessment, and statistical tools.
  • Proven ability in project management, teamwork, communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, organized, and a strong communicator.
