Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product and Package project owner in BE Singapore, interacting with stakeholders through early milestones to final release (M8/A9/M9.5).
- Support early engineering activities and requests throughout the development cycle.
- Coordinate and monitor product safe launch activities.
- Own Yield, first pass yield, and OEE as critical KPIs during SFLA and early Ramp stages, proactively driving optimization.
- Drive production development efforts by analyzing and developing manufacturing functions, processes, capacities, and facilities needed for production.
- Collaborate closely with development (BU/TE/TTI) and sustaining production teams (OP/EE) to resolve manufacturing workflow issues.
- Assist in resolving cross-functional issues including design and supplier matters with project teams, foundries, and assembly sites.
- Drive the creation and updating of essential documentation such as test procedures, assembly instructions, specifications, and checklists.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or sustaining engineering environment.
- Knowledge of the product development cycle and milestone concepts.
- Proficiency in backend final test/IBIS testing operations, including equipment capability and hardware design principles.
- Knowledge of backend assembly and packaging processes.
- Strong knowledge in FMEA, risk assessment, and statistical tools.
- Proven ability in project management, teamwork, communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, organized, and a strong communicator.
