Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AP and AR service delivery, managing invoices, payments, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application.
- Monitor performance using KPIs to drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Build, coach, and empower high-volume transactional teams to foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to reduce manual effort and optimize system usage, particularly within SAP.
- Partner with IT and transformation teams to enhance ERP capabilities, workflow design, and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations) to resolve issues and strengthen outcomes.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, audit expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with strong AP and AR leadership.
- Minimum five years leading high-volume transactional finance teams.
- Hands-on ERP experience, specifically with SAP S4/Hana.
- Strong foundation in compliance, internal controls, and operational accuracy.
