  • Assess, evaluate, and promote adherence to ASM policies and procedures.
  • Enhance internal audit standards and practices within ASM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
  • CA / CPA / ACCA certification or certifications such as CIA, CFE, or CISA.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of external audit experience from Big 4 accounting firms.
  • Another 5 years in internal audit within an MNC.
  • Thorough understanding of IIA standards and ability to comply with them.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Power BI or other data analytics certification/programs.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, problem-solving, and timely escalation.
