Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
CA / CPA / ACCA certification or certifications such as CIA, CFE, or CISA.
Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience.
Minimum 5 years of external audit experience from Big 4 accounting firms.
Another 5 years in internal audit within an MNC.
Thorough understanding of IIA standards and ability to comply with them.
Proficiency in SAP and Power BI or other data analytics certification/programs.
Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, problem-solving, and timely escalation.
