Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic roadmap for Intelligent Automation, Smart Manufacturing, and Warehouse Automation, aligning with long-term digital transformation goals.

  • Oversee proof-of-concept evaluations for advanced automation solutions and guide decision-makers on adopting future-ready technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in automation or smart manufacturing projects.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in machine vision and industrial automation ecosystem architecture.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) workflows, production orchestration, and integration concepts.
  • Experience with operational processes in Engineering to Order, Low volume to High mix Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
