Key Responsibilities
- Hold overall execution accountability for the Asia Pacific Project Systems Business project portfolio.
- Ensure all projects adhere to Rolls-Royce Power Systems’ governance frameworks, management standards, and delivery guidelines.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical execution matters including risk, schedule deviation, cost overruns, and quality issues.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of a portfolio of power generation and engineered systems projects across Asia Pacific.
- Drive disciplined execution to deliver projects on schedule, within approved budgets, and meeting contractual specifications.
- Manage and control non-conformance and quality-related costs within agreed thresholds.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to resolve execution challenges.
- Lead regular execution and portfolio review meetings with project teams, providing guidance and coaching.
- Prepare and present monthly execution status and portfolio performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management and execution within engineered solutions, power generation, or industrial systems environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage risk in high-complexity, multi-country settings.
- Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
