Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and development of mechanical system designs, including ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Support the assigned mentor in performing basic mechanical design calculations
- Draft and update design layouts, models, and schematics using Revit and other relevant design tools
- Assist in preparing design documentation, including technical reports, drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Coordinate mechanical design work with other disciplines such as structural, electrical, and architectural teams
- Participate in project coordination and ensure design outputs comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide general support to the engineering team throughout various stages of the project
Requirements
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and building services systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn mechanical design calculations and engineering tools
- Good teamwork and communication skills for working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward solving problems
