Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, substantiate, and implement new repairs for components.
- Identify production constraints within the cell, assess capacity, and ensure continuous production to maximize output.
- Ensure all processes comply with quality requirements, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and error prevention initiatives.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure operations comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety Regulations and Policies.
- Support business productivity and cost efficiency drives through Lean initiatives.
- Track yield data, identify improvement opportunities, and conduct new material tryouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field or Material Science.
- Minimum 3.8 cumulative GPA on a 5 scale (without rounding).
- Less than 12 months of working experience in related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities to articulate technical issues clearly.
- High change agility and willingness to take on assigned rotations in technical/manufacturing operations.
